Requesting Support
Before requesting support from Penfriend Ltd, please:
- Check Penfriend's on-line help for information about your problem.
On your Start Menu, go to Programs, Penfriend (or Penfriend XP),
then choose Help.
- Check the Frequently Asked Questions pages.
- Try to reproduce the problem on another computer, or re-start
your own and try again.
Please write down the following:
- details of the problem you are having.
- any error messages that are displayed.
- what you were doing before the problem occurred.
- what version of Penfriend you are using.
- what Operating System you are using (eg Windows 2000).
- your licence serial number or our invoice number.
