Can I upgrade my copy of Penfriend?

Affecting products:
Penfriend XL, Penfriend XP, as well as Penfriend W3 In the near future the system will apply to other language variants such as Penfriend FR,IT,DE. etc

Problem:

I have an old version of Penfriend that is out of date. I want to use the latest version of Penfriend because it has new functionality and solutions for old bugs.

Solution:

We give a discount on upgrades from Penfriend W3 or Penfriend XP version 2 to Penfriend XP version 3 and from Penfriend W3 or Penfriend XP to Penfriend XL. Send us an order, with payment if you do not have an account, noting your existing customer number. Visit our Sales page for more information.

If you already have a copy of Penfriend version 3 with internet activation, Log onto our web site from the 'Web Site' link in your copy of Penfriend. Go to Customer downloads and you can download the latest version which is 3.1. If you have an early copy of Penfriend XL before the institution of internet activation, register on our web site and email us to ask for access to the download.

Currently you will have to remove the old version of the program and reinstall the latest version.
