Question:
How can I type numbers when predicting with numbers from the On-Screen Keyboard

Affecting products:
Penfriend XP and later versions.

Problem:
With Penfriend XP version 2, NA and SE, when you are predicting with numbers and type numbers with the on-screen keyboard you get predictions not numbers. The simplest way to get round this is to choose predictions with the function keys and then if you can only use the mouse, pick predictions by highlighting the word in the predictor window and clicking on it to enter it into you document. Numbers on the onscreen keyboard will be entered as numbers.

From version 3.0.3.1 of Penfriend XL, XP, FR, DE, IT, minimising the predictor window switches off prediction, smart punctuation and other assistive functions of Penfriend. Thus with these versions, minimise the predictor window, type numbers and the reopen the predictor window
