Question:
Why do I get error 1327 when I try to install Penfriend?

Penfriend XL, XP, FR, DE, SE and NA

Problem:

I have tried to install Penfriend, but see error 1327 "Invalid Drive: H:\"

Solution:

This arises because a network drive needed by your computer is not available. To resolve it, log onto the machine locally as administrator (which should not need the same drive), install the program and then log onto the network as normal. For more information, see Microsoft's support page.
