Penfriend software is licensed according to the number of machines on which it is installed. There is no limit to the number of people who can use the software on a machine.

You should purchase your initial "single user" copy in the normal way, which includes the software disc itself. Then, further installations on machines on the same site (geographical address) can be made using "additional user licences", purchasing one for each machine on which you intend to use Penfriend.

Each installation of the software is activated for use on a computer. The same installation code can be used repeatedly for an agreed number of machines. When you buy additional licences, the same code is normally extended to work on more machines.

Special terms may be agreed with large organisations such as local educational authorities.
